ABOUT ME
I started my career as a nurse, having completed my schooling in Zimbabwe.
I left Zimbabwe in the 80’s and came to live in London where I began exploring various different Holistic therapies.
While suffering from severe migraines, I chose to explore the alternative health world as became disillusioned with the medication I was being prescribed, finding it increasingly difficult to function with the severe side effects.
Thus began my interest in various different therapies having been supported and virtually cured by Acupuncture.
My practice is at my home in Amersham.
EXPERIENCE
I am now qualified in Reflexology, Kinesiology, No Hands Massage, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Pregnancy Massage.
I qualified as a Manual Lymphatic Massage Therapist in 2015 having completed my training at the Vodder School of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) in Austria.
I maintain continual Professional Development attending reviews every two years and belong to the Association of Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (MLD uk) and The Lymphoedema Support Network.
I am fully insured and frequently attend conferences to keep up with the latest research and information on this debilitating condition .
